 1- Proposing the general policy for performance evaluation and quality assurance at the faculty
2. Put and develop the message, vision and goals of the college in light of the emphasis on quality and achieve excellence in performance
3 - Carrying out the self-study of the college to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and prioritize the advancement of the educational process in the college
