President of Beni Suef University: Forming a committee from the Faculty of Engineering to implement occupational safety and health requirements

Prof. Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, announced today the formation of a committee from the Faculty of Engineering that includes professors specialized in the fields of (Civil Engineering, Mechanics, Architecture, and Electricity) to review and implement the preparations for implementing occupational safety and health requirements and the specifications of the Egyptian fire code contained in the civil protection reports of different colleges and sectors of the university.

This was during presiding over the meeting of the Occupational Safety and Health Committee in the presence of Prof. Dr. Fatma Hassan, Vice President of the University for Graduate Studies and Research Sector, the Secretary General of the University, the Director of Occupational Health and Safety Department and members of the Board of Directors.

The meeting also discussed obligating all colleges and sectors of the university to activate the meetings of occupational safety and health committees with a functional strength of not less than 50 members, in order to fulfill the requirements of occupational safety and health, in addition to providing new buses in the 320-acre compound to serve students, faculty members and employees to facilitate the educational process. .
